What items are returnable?
- Within 14 days of receipt of your goods
- In it's original condition and fit for sale
- In the original packaging
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Incorrectly picked items
- Defective or damaged goods when delivered
- Other reasons that has been agreed by the seller
What items are non-refundable?
- Free gifts or promotional items
- Goods that have been received after 14 days
- Orders delivered outside of the UK
- Bespoke or printed envelopes
Are there any charges for return?
- There is no charges for returns
- Original shipping charges is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges
- A collection charge of £8.50 if applicable
How do I return?
- To start your return, please enter your order number provided to you at the time of purchase and in your confirmation email and the email address you provided during your purchase in the fields above and click Find Your Order to start the return
- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a refund will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 to 7 working days.
