Good items, bad service

I am pleased with the envelopes, they arrived as described and the green tissue lining is a nice detail.
I am not pleased with the lack of service I have received. I was not sent a dispatch email, and was only sent tracking information after having to chase this up. I received tracking information five minutes before delivery was attempted and while I was out, so unfortunately I missed the delivery. I expected better service given the shipping cost. I have already sent an email about this but this has so far gone unanswered.
